Happy September everyone! We hope you’ve all had a great summer and are looking forward to cooler days ahead.

Thank you so much to all who have given their feedback and sat down to test the Alpha with us. Your feedback has been vital in making some much needed improvements!

That being said, here’s everything we’re working on this month:

Improvements to in-app notifications

Notifications have been pretty minimally designed until now. We’re doing an overhaul so they’re easier to view, respond to, and delete.

Phone notifications

Budgeting works best when you’re regularly checking in on things, making updates, as well as using it to covering new transactions. But let’s be honest - we all get busy.

That’s why we’re working on phone notifications to let you know when you have new transactions to review, and that your stashes are funding on schedule.

Login improvements

As of now, logging in can be a bit cumbersome and requires switching between the app and your email. Upcoming updates should include social login for a smoother experience, as well as biometric login for added security.

Campaigning for new beta testers

Halfsies is only as good as the quality and quantity of feedback we get on it. That’s why we’re throwing our weight behind an Instagram campaign in order to land new testers.
